I have worked in the residential construction business for almost 2 decades now. I started off doing footings and sitework, and eventually moved to septic systems and plumbing.

After working for many different builders, I realized that I was doing things differently. I had always installed septic systems with the homeowner in mind. I would think things like, “let’s not put this hideous box out in the middle of the yard, I wouldn’t want to mow around that.” So I put that into practice and set myself apart.

That extra care for the homeowner led me to want to start my own homebuilding company that wasn’t just about throwing up a cheap house. I wanted to build differently. I wanted to create a top notch company that didn’t just hire the cheapest subs out there and then treat them badly. I wanted a company that hired the best people, treated them well, and then created a superior product.

What Sets Me Apart

Because I have worked as a subcontractor and have also gone through the building experience for myself, I can relate to both parties. This helps me understand and anticipate things that come up. It helps me to get you the best value for your money. It helps alleviate stress and makes the building process easier for everyone.
